The Chorale is Georgia Tech's oldest and largest mixed ensemble. Open to the entire Tech community, its members represent all colleges in the institute and many countries around the world. Repertoire varies from semester to semester, and includes large and small works in the standard repertoire (both accompanied and unaccompanied), modern music, world music, as well as lighter pieces. No audition is required to join the Chorale.

Rehearsals

The Chorale meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Navy ROTC Armory from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.

Performances

The Chorale generally performs twice as a full ensemble during the semester, though this is subject to change. These have consisted of attending a church service midway through the semester and a capstone performance at the end. Members may also choose to involve themselves in additional opportunities to perform. In the past members have been invited to sing in an on-campus Christmas concert and at the PhD and Master's commencement.
