Last Meeting Minutes

- The meeting opened with an overview of the semester activities: Food Fair, Performance Night, Buzzgammon 3, and the monthly dinners.

- The benefits of the Gaitanos concert were highlighted.

- Mention was made of our support to NHSA and the Greek exhibition to the United Nations.

- Importance of budget continuity and cooperation between incoming and outgoing boards was discussed.

- The Dance Party at Plaka will take place once a year, in the Fall.

- Incoming Greek students will be contacted; offered transportation on arrival.

- Three amendments were agreed upon for the constitution, regarding electronic communication, the academic advisor, and the social chair position, and two corrections, regarding voting and time of elections. A copy of the new constitution will be sent out to the membership.

- The European Student Association was introduced.

- An open discussion followed, regarding the present and future status of the Society.
