A portion of the Student Activity Fee collected from all students is placed in the Graduate Conference Fund. This fund is available to all currently enrolled GT graduate students who are traveling to present their research at a conference. This fund is to be used AFTER ALL OTHER FUNDING AVENUES ARE EXHAUSTED. The fund is limited and cannot fund every graduate student's trip; instead it is to be used to make up a shortfall if your department or sponsor does not cover all of the costs of a trip. There are additional limitations to where this money may be used. The distribution of these funds is directed by the Graduate Conference Fund Chair.
