Hey everyone, here are the minutes for the meeting for April 19th:

*The EIT Review Sessions are being held this week. If you guys have any
questions about it, you can e-mail me (gte158g).

*If you would be interested in attending the outting to the Braves game
and you were not at the meeting, let Jon know. He would like to get a good
idea of how many people may be interested in going. It will be on a Sunday
afternoon after midterms. Guests will be allowed, but will need to pay for
their own tickets (we are looking at getting the cheap seats in the upper
deck). 

*Jon also has a few projects in mind for this quarter. The March of Dimes
Walk is this Sunday (5/25) from 11:30-4:30. Transportation will be
provided by the MOVE office. Contact Jon for more info (gt8833a).
He also looking into a project in May at the Atlanta Collaborative Kitchen
so be on the lookout for more information regarding this. 

*Congratulations to our new Corresponding Secretary, Ellen Archer. We know
that she'll do a great job!!

*It is time to start thinking about the Corporate Dinner that is coming up
in the fall, Sept. 23 to be exact. We need a committee and a committee
chair for this event. This committee will organize the food, make the
arrangements, contact the companies, etc. for the event. If you would like
to volunteer your time for this, please let an officer know and we'll add
you to the list. 
We would also like to know what companies you would like to invite to the
dinner. If you weren't at the meeting this week, keep some names in mind
for the next meeting and let us know then.

*We also had some questions on how to maintain active status for Tau Beta
Pi. For more information on this, you can visit the web-site at 
cyberbuzz.gatech.edu/tbpi
All the details are given there under information. 

*Stolls will be available this year for graduation. The cost is $20 and
you may be able to sell them back.
